Our goal
In a lot of projects, our customers encounter several types of issues. Use of different tools in company departments, required optimisations which still need to be done, lack of daily communication, etc. are only some of them. They all affect production processes and the overall output of the project. This is where our team comes into the picture. With our high-quality technical solutions, Syntbit helps you and your colleagues to navigate through projects smoothly by increasing productivity and lowering the number of overtime hours. We focus on the details, so you don’t have to.
In our portfolio, you can find ready-to-use products, or we can customise them for you to meet your needs perfectly. In everything we do, we focus on quality. At Syntbit, we offer pragmatic solutions that are simple and easy to use.
How we work
We are located in the south of Germany, which makes it easy for us to visit or to work directly at many automotive production sites. Our team members have automotive experience in all global markets, especially in Europe, Japan, South Korea, South Africa and in the USA. Besides typical large tier 1 suppliers, our employees have also worked with several start-ups and electric manufacturers based in Silicon Valley. We have working experience with most OEMs but generally from contracts with tier 1 suppliers.
We work in teams and help each other to grow. Within the group, feedback is given frequently. Understanding what needs to be improved enables us to improve it. The primary language of the company is English, but we are also fluent in the German language. At Syntbit, we also offer support in several other languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Croatian and Hindi.
Meet the team
We are a young team. The average age of our employees is 30. Working environment is collaborative, dynamic and international. Our employees are coming from Europe, Asia and Africa. Having people from different countries and diverse cultural backgrounds allow us to grow, not only professionally, but also on a personal level. We are a group of people that believe in the life-long learning process. To maintain the high quality of our products, we have created a place where our team members can exchange ideas, improve their skills and enhance technical expertise daily.
We want to have a positive atmosphere at work. Because of that, we organise plenty of activities together as we cherish a good team spirit. We celebrate every team member ́s birthday. From time to time, our employees participate in company runs, and every morning we organise Yoga class for our employees to start morning fresh and relaxed.
