Professional development

We want you to keep learning and advancing your skills to be able to solve any issue regarding hardware, software, system design, engineering, sales or purchasing support.

Students

When interested into becoming a member of our team, students are offered several different options.

Regardless of whether you are having a holiday job, doing your thesis, internship or being a working student, you will gain valuable insight and understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

You will have the experience of working in an international environment while focusing on quality and high productivity.

Graduates

For graduates, we offer direct entries with the probation period of six months. Based on your knowledge and the area of your interest, you are free to choose the project you would like to work on.

Feel free to ask your colleagues for help. We have all been straight out of college, and we know how stressy it can be. Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket are being used daily. Experience of working in these tools will be considered as a plus in your application.

Working professionals

Work-life balance is crucial to us. We want you to enjoy life while working at Syntbit. Therefore, we offer the possibility of working part-time or full-time.

Either way, you will be encouraged to enhance your technical or project management skills. For direct contact with customers, a good knowledge of English and German is mandatory. If needed, we can organise a language course for you to help you reach that.

Benefits

Several benefits are offered to you when becoming a member of our company. We believe flexibility is the key to a healthy work-life balance.

Some of our company policies are designed in a way to provide just that. For example, all our employees can work remotely when the project allows it. For all the expats who moved to Germany and would like to advance their knowledge of the local language, Syntbit provides German classes. They are organised in our office, once a week and last 90 minutes per group. Currently, we have three of those: beginners, intermediate and advanced group.

Another benefit in our company is flexible working hours. You can arrange your working schedule as you please, as long as it is not affecting the workflow with clients or colleagues, and the hourly rate is done by the end of each week.
